Chattanooga’s Public Library converted its attic (literally: top floor, filled with junk) into a maker space that changes constantly as users ask for new services and new possibilities present themselves. The latest is Gig Lab, where library patrons can access Chattanooga’s gigabit per second Internet along with the tools to make it sing.
